The college offers the following clubs as avenues for the overall development of the students. The meetings of respective clubs are held on all Fridays at 1 p.m.
HEALTH AND FITNESS CLUB
Fitness Club with modern equipments functions under the Department of Physical Education.
This is functioning under Department of Zoology. The main aim of the club is to make students aware of the importance of nature and the necessity of its conservation. The club conducts a handful of programs like nature camps at far- off sylvan destinations, campus cleaning, awareness classes on recent issues regarding nature etc.
Reading Club, functioning under the Central Library of the college, attempts to encourage the reading habit of students. Book reviews, discussions, poster exhibitions etc. constitute the activities of the club.
DISASTER MANAGEMENT CLUB
Disaster Management works on the organization and management of resources and responsibilities for dealing with all humanitarian aspects of emergencies, in particular preparedness, response and recovery in order to lessen the impact of disasters.
ENTRERENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT CLUB
The Entrepreneurship Development Club inculcate entrepreneurship qualities ,sensitise industrial scenario of the state, nurture the latent entrepreneurial talent, develop awareness among its members of the attitudes, values, and skills of successful entrepreneurs around the globe etc. The department of Economics has initiated the functioning of the Entrepreneurship Development Club. Every year various activities like invited talks, industrial visit, skill development programmes and seminars are conducted under the ED club.
ENERGY MANAGEMENT CLUB
This club aims to find techniques and create solutions that allow better use of energy in non-intrusive way. The club also aims at exploring better uses of clean and renewable sources of energy.
CONSUMER PROTECTION CLUB
The objective of the club is to educate and motivate the Consumer Club Members about the rights and responsibilities of consumers and to make the members inculcate the valuable inputs which they gained among the general public.The club organizes programmes like orientation, workshops, field visits, awareness meeting and awareness programmes for society.
FINE ARTS CLUB
The motto of the Fine Arts Club is to inspire and enable our students to actively learn and develop their talent and skills that will develop artistic expression. The college provides ample opportunities to develop talents in different forms of art like music, singing, dance, drama etc. In addition, the students are encouraged to take part in competitions held outside the campus.
ELECTORAL LITERARY CLUB
An Electoral Literacy Club is a platform to engage students through interesting activities and hands-on experience to sensitise them on their electoral rights and familiarise them with the electoral process of registration and voting.
EBSB (Ek Bharath Shershta Bharath) Club
The main objective of EBSB club is to celebrate the unity in the diversity of our nation and to maintain and strengthen the bond between people of our country. In this club, every state paired with another state for a year, during which they would carry out a structured engagement with one another in the sphere of literature, culture, tourism and so on. Kerala is paired with Himachal Pradesh.
