Morning Star College continues to maintain friendly bonds with the former staff members. The retired teaching staff has formed a forum 'Golden Fowers' that occasionally meet to enkindle relationships. The forum also serves the function of bridging the former and present faculty and effecting a feeling of solidarity. They show interest in the development of the institute and contribute in various ways to its wellbeing.

The setting up of the Open Gymnasium in 2021 was sponsored by the Golden Flowers.
